Description

After capturing a movie in matinee the Video Capture folder is not created so the movie does not exist.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4 Editor
  2. Click the Cinematics button in the toolbar and create a new matinee
  3. In the matinee editor, click the Movie button in the toolbar
  4. Press Capture Movie button to begin capture (Capturing Video window should appear in lower right corner)
  5. In Capturing Video window press Stop Capture button
  6. Navigate to Project/Saved folder

Result:
VideoCaptures folder does not exsits

Expected:
Project/Saved/VideoCapture is created and populated after capturing video in editor
