The Noise Node when used in a UI Material is rendering completely black in 4.11. This is a Regression from Behavior in 4.10.2
It looks like the Noise Node (at least form the preview of the noise in the Material Editor) is using screen position of some sort for its calculations. In 4.10.2, the Noise Pattern remains stationary when moving the Material Graph around, however in 4.11 the Noise node varies as you move the Material Graph.
Using the Noise Node on Surface materials does not seem to be affected and functions the same.
