While testing the 'Shot' command for a user on the AnswerHub, I discovered the reason for the incorrect resolutions of his screenshots, was due to the fact the 'Standalone' window resolution set within the 'Editor Preferences' was not being obeyed.
I tested this exact same process in 4.9.2 and 4.10.4 binary releases, and it only occurs in the 4.11 preview release so this is a regression.
1. Download and Open attached project.
2. Play in 'Standalone' mode
3. Observe the window size is incorrect compared to what is set in Editor Preferences (1920x1080).
Outcome When launching in Standalone, the window resolution does not match what is set within the 'Editor Preferences'
Expected Launched Standalone mode obeys the Editor Preferences setting.
