Description

Decals that have a negative scale are invisible in the level. This occurs across all engine versions tested. 4.10 - 4.12.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open any project in the editor.
  2. Create a material and open it.
  3. Set the Material Domain to deferred decal in the details panel of the material attributes node.
  4. Place the decal in a level.
  5. Press "R" with the decal selected to switch to the scale widget.
  6. Scale the decal smaller until the scale becomes negative and the decal asset become large again (inverse scale)

Result:
Observe that the decal does not render when negatively scaled.
