Description

In a project where WITH_RUNTIME_PHYSICS_COOKING is used and creates a procedural collision component, the logs are spammed with messages about the spawned components requiring runtime physics cooking which should not happen.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Package the project for Windows 64-bit, Development
  3. Once it completes, open the packaged result
  4. Press T multiple times (the more you press it, the more apparent the issue will be)
  5. Open the console (` key) and type quit to close the game
  6. Open the packaged game folder and navigate to the logs (WindowsNoEditor\ForPhysicsLogTests\Saved\Logs) and open the text file
Result: Depending on how many times you hit T to spawn a procedural mesh, the log is filled with error messages about needing cooked content
Expected: These messages should not appear as the build required runtime physics cooking anyway
