Matinee Capture Movie is rendering distorted when aspect ratio is set to 2:1

Matinee Movie Captures are rendering with distortion both video captures and Image Sequences when the aspect ratio is set to 2:1.

*Quick Repro: Open attached Project, Capture Movie from Level Matinee*

1. Open a Blank Project in 4.11 Preview 7
2. Create a Matinee in the Level
3. In the Matinee add a New Camera Group with Camera Actor
4. Select Movie Capture Icon
5. Set the Aspect Ratio to 2700 : 1350 (though any 2:1 ratio will work)
6. Capture
7. ~quit after a few seconds from capturing window

RESULTS: Renderings or Video Capture will be distorted

EXPECTED: No Distortion
