Spawn Emitter Attached not working in Packaged Game. Not sure if it isn't spawning the emitter or if it is spawning at the wrong location.
1. Open the attached project
2. PIE, note particles attached to camera
3. Package game for Windows (happens with all configurations)
4. Launch packaged game
Result: No particles
Expected: Particles spawn and are successfully attached to camera
