'Moved' event pin doesn't trigger on the 'Input Touch' node correctly
Regression: This does not happen in 4.10.2. The 'Moved' pin triggers at all times when the mouse-button is held and the mouse is moved.
after update to 4.11 (and to 4.11.1) from 4.10 I mentioned that "InputTouch" node is not working well in editor now if you are trying to simulate touch gestures with mouse in viewport. Of course I set enabled "Use Mouse for Touch" in Input section of Project Settings.
1. Download and open the attached test project
3. Mouse-click and drag around in the open space of the viewport (avoid clicking the virtual joysticks at first)
4. Now Mouse-click the Virtual Joysticks
5. Mouse-click and drag around in the open space again
Results: The 'Moved' pin will not trigger unless 1. the Virtual Joysticks are clicked first or 2. the mouse is clicked outside of the viewport window first
Expected: For the 'Moved' pin to trigger at all times when the mouse-button is held and the mouse is moved
