If the computer's region is set to Chinese, building the 4.11 engine from GitHub source will fail.

Local test failed to build ShaderCompileWorker

Community reports fail due to an improper character in the OpenGLCommands.cpp file. Trout Zhang shows a screenshot of the character causing issues in the forums (URL2).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download UE4 source from GitHub
  2. Set computer's Region to Chinese (Control Panel->Region->Change Location->Administrative->Change System Locale
  3. Restart computer
  4. Run Setup.bat and GenerateProjectFiles.bat
  5. Open UE4.sln and build

Build process fails.

Build succeeds and allows engine to be opened.
