Description

If the user adds a tag to the third person character blueprint with in the blueprint itself and then adds other tags afterwards using the details panel that is given when selecting an actor in the scene, then the tag that was added to the via opening the the character blueprint will be replaced with "(" if the actor is copy and pasted.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the third person template
  2. Open the third person blueprint
  3. Add a tag "Tag1"
  4. Save and compile
  5. Make sure there is a copy of the third person blueprint in the level (if not add one)
  6. Select the Third person character that is in the level
  7. Use the details panel to add two more tags "Tag2" and "Tag3"
  8. Use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to make a copy of the Third person character
  9. Notice that the copy does not have the first tag that was added within the blueprint and instead there is just a "(" in it's place

Expected: The tags would carry over when copied
Result: the tag is replaced with "(" for the copied actor if the tag was added within the blueprint for the actor
