Description

Actors that simulate physics after a delay will fall through other physics actors if their collision is touching or overlapping.

Regression? (No), issue (does) occur on 4.10.4

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Editor (any project)
  2. Add any two static mesh actors with collision to viewport.
  3. Place one of the meshes on top of the other, ensure that the collision for each actors are touching/overlapping
  4. Set both actors to movable
  5. In level blueprint, create the blueprint nodes shown in attached image
  6. Press Simulate

Results

The top asset falls through the second asset.

Expected

The assets spring apart due to collision overlapping on a physics object.
