Description

The user can no longer undo in the editor after running a dedicated server with 2 or more players

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Open the level editor
  3. Add a few print strings
  4. move them around (build up things to undo)
  5. Play in editor
  6. Stop PIE
  7. Open the level blueprint
  8. Use Ctrl+Z
  9. Notice that you can undo
  10. Move the print strings around some more
  11. Set up PIE to run as a dedicated server
  12. Set number of players to 2 or more
  13. Play in Editor
  14. Stop PIE
  15. Open the level blueprint
  16. Try to use Ctrl+Z
  17. Notice that you are not allowed to undo

Expected: The user would be able to undo the positions of the print strings after running the dedicated server with 2 or more players
Result: The user can no longer undo in the editor after running a dedicated server with 2 or more players
