Screen/Playable window flickers when playing in Standalone on Windows 10.
A few users are reporting this issue which is exclusive to Windows 10 and Standalone mode. There is another issue the could be related [Link Removed] which also deals with Scene Capture actors as well.
1. Open attached project on a Windows 10 machine.
2. Select the Render Target Camera and check the 'Capture Every Frame' option.
3. Press PIE
4. Observe the non-flickering screen.
5. Press Play in Standalone.
Outcome
Screen begins to constantly flicker.
Expected
No flickering occurs.
Regression?
Yes, this issue does not occur in 4.10.4 or 4.9.2 binary versions of the engine.
Delay nodes occasionally don't fire the "Completed" output in a nativized build
