Tessellation appears to cause textures to appear incorrectly in the right eye of the vive

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make sure the vive is set up and working
  2. Download project [Link Removed]
  3. Open the level with the river bed
  4. Play in VR Preview
  5. Notice that the texture appears to pan in the Right eye

Expected: The texture would look the same in both eyes
Result: The texture pans in the right eye
