Description

Setting the radius on a foliage asset does not prevent other foliage assets from being painted within that radius.

Regression (no) issues (does) occur in 4.10.4

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open editor (any project)
  2. Add a Landscape to level viewport
  3. In Foliage mode, add several assets to the foliage tool
  4. Select any asset
  5. Set radius to 500
  6. LMB in level viewport to add foliage to landscape

Results

Asset with radius will spawn with at least 500 units between copies of the asset, other foliage assets are unaffected.

Expected
Other assets can be placed near each other but must be at least 500 units from altered asset
