Particle Collision causes particles to snap away from collision location.
1. Create a blank project and place the attached asset in the content folder
2. Drop the ParticleSystem into the map over a floor with collision
3. Ensure that Realtime is enabled
Result: When particles hit the floor, they snap to a position that isn't where they collided
Expected: Particles remain at the collision location
NOTE: You can change the collision result in the particle system, but they all cause this snap to happen (except Kill)
