Description

Rotating component using "Move Component To" does not use shortest distance.

Regression (Yes) issue (does not) occur in 4.10.4

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Editor (Third Person Project)
  2. Open ThirdPersonCharacter blueprint
  3. Create blueprint in attached image
  4. Press PIE
  5. Move character to face left side of screen
  6. Press G to rotate character
  7. Face character toward right side of screen
  8. Press G to rotate character

Results

Player always rotates in the same direction without regard to shortest distance to chosen rotation.

Expected

Capsule rotates in the shortest possible distance to reach the correct rotation.
