Polish characters are not recognized when importing a csv data table

Polish characters are not recognized when importing a csv data table. The same characters are recognized if copied/pasted into data table names after import.

Regression (no) issue (does) occur in 4.10.4

1. Download, unzip attached project
2. Open Editor (any project)
3. Create new structure
4. Add a second variable. In each variable, copy/paste the column name from downloaded csv file to struct
5. Import>csv file>ok

Results

Error message occurs stating UE4 could not recognize row(s) "?". First row of data table shows "?" instead of polish characters in row name.

Expected

Several rows show in data table containing polish characters as their names.
