Landscape Components incorrectly list size in cm in detail's pane

Landscape Components incorrectly list size in cm in detail's pane. The transform values are listed as cm, but should either be meters or shown as the correct scale. The cm scale appears correctly when selecting the landscape in placement mode.

Regression (no) issue (does) occur in 4.10.4

1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Modes>Landscape>Create
3. Set to manage landscape mode, select any component
4. View Detail's Pane

Results

Component transform is listed in cm, but the value is incorrect

Expected

Value appears either as meters, or the correct cm value is shown.
