Description

Setting a texture to a relatively large scale causes the texture to begin flickering as the viewport camera rotates. The larger the scale is set to, the more evident the effect.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UE4 Editor
  2. Select BP_Sky_Sphere in outliner
  3. Set scale to (200, 200, 200)
  4. Deselect BP_Sky_Sphere
  5. Hold RMB and move the mouse to change camera angle

Result:
White tringles flicker across the screen as the camera angle changes. With BP_Sky_Sphere selected, the orange selection outline jumps around erratically. Setting scale to (1000, 1000, 1000) shows much more pronounced flickering.
