Description

When the default click trace channel is set to something other than ECC_Visibilty, the editor does not take the change into account when determining which channel is being blocked.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download / Open project linked in description
  2. PIE and mouse over/click the button on screen
    • Note that "Button Hovered" and "Button Clicked" appear on screen
  3. Exit PIE and open FirstPersonCharacter BP
  4. Select CapsuleComponent
  5. In Collision section of the Details panel, open Collision Preset dropdown
  6. Set Trace Responses->Visibility to Block
  7. Repeat Step 2

Result:
Mouse over / click events are no longer registered even though default click channel is set to UI
