Running PIE while using the "Enable HMD" node with a Vive connected, causes mouse to become offset

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make sure that the vive is hooked up and turned on
  2. Open first person project
  3. maximize the editor so that it's full screen
  4. Open the level blueprint
  5. Create the blueprint in the attached image
  6. Compile
  7. Play in Editor
  8. Stop play in editor
  9. Move the mouse along the top row of icons (where the play button is located)
  10. Notice that the mouse is now offset to the right (so that it highlights buttons to the left that it is not actually over)

Expected: When the user stops PIE, the mouse would hover over the correct buttons
Result: The mouse becomes offset from the things that it is highlighting
