Won't Fix due to low priority and changes to PHAT coming soon

Description

Changing the values that govern what bones a constraint is suppose to be a joint between (Constraint Bone 1 & 2) will cause issues where the transform widget is moved to an appropriate location but the visual representation of the constraint itself is not.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project based off of the Third Person Template
  2. Open the Mannequin's physics asset
  3. Select the "Constraint" button in the toolbar
  4. Select the constraint on the Mannequin's left hand
  5. Change the "Constraint Bone 2" entry from "lowerarm_l" to "upperarm_l" and hit Enter
Result: The transform widget for the constraint moves to an appropriate spot between the two bones but the visual for the constraint itself and its limits does not
Expected: All of the visual representation for the constraint should stay together, whether it all moves or stays in the same spot.
