Cannot (Easily) Change the Case of Folder Names in the World Outliner

In the World Outliner, without the following workaround, you cannot simply change the case of a folder name from upper to lower case or vice versa.

EXAMPLE: map -> Map = map

WORKAROUND: Change "Map" to "maps" then delete the extra "s"

1. Open any Project in UE 4.12.5
2. Select a folder in the World Outliner
3. Rename it so that if it starts with an upper case letter, start it with a lower case letter or vice versa and press enter
   RESULT: Reverts to original name/does not make the change
   EXPECTED: Case of folder name to change without issue
