NonSpawnable actors on a sublevel do not animate via sequencer when being added to the level via create instance. The difference between the cube and sphere is that the cube is set to spawnable in the sequencer.

Note: Both meshes appear to move when using load stream level. Take a look at the level blueprint for exact setup

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open the attached project
  3. Open the Sequencer that has the Cube and Sphere
  4. Scrub through the animations
  5. Notice they are both setup to move
  6. Play in Editor
  7. Notice that the sphere does not move

Expected: The sphere would animate as the cube does
Result: The sphere no longer moves
