GPU particles no longer work on iOS or TVOS Metal devices

Description

Butterflys do not have a trailing particle effect in BlueprintOffice on tvOS.

They DO show a particle effect when played in Mobile Preview in the editor so I have assigned this to Platform for now.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch BlueprintOffice on to tvOS
  2. Move to the butterflys in the center and wait for them to fly around

Result: No trailing particle effect is seen
