Description

Sequencer prefers rotation to be specified between -180 and 180, while the details panels prefer between 0 and 360. When auto-key is on, sequencer will add a key that does this conversion despite the fact that no actual rotation has taken place

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create an actor and set Z rotation to 320
  2. Open Sequencer and turn on Auto-key All
  3. Move the actor
  4. Two keys with the new location and one that sets the rotation to -40
