Launcher installed build is missing the Documentation/Extras folder

Description

Because the extra folders is missing, the HTML help for console commands cannot be generated.

Steps to Reproduce

Install preview 3 and look in the Documentation folder

  1. Install 4.13 from EpicGamesLauncher
  2. Launch Unreal Engine 4.13
  3. Enter the console command Help
  4. Click on the link in the notification

Result: The ConsoleHelp.html file is not generaged under Saved/ folder.
