Packaging for HTML5 seems to have grown in package size

The size of packages for HTML5 has greatly increased since 4.10.4 to 4.11.2 and has since increased.

Example:
First person template, no starter content - size of whole HTML5 folder once packaged:
70.5 mb 4.10.4 HTML5
229 mb 4.11.2 HTML5
241 mb 4.12.5 HTML5
257 mb 4.13.0 Preview 3 HTML5

1. Create a new FPS Template without any starter content
2. Set the target to mobile 2D/3D scaling
3. Package for HTML5
4. Do this for 4.10.4, 4.11.2, 4.12.5 and 4.13.0 Preview 3 and compare the size of the package.

Result: The package size greatly increases from 4.10 to 4.11 and steadily increases from there.
Expected: A slight increase in packaging size through the build upgrades.
