Description

When processing tick when paused tick interval tick functions an infinite loop can occur.

Steps to Reproduce

Create an Actor blueprint
Set the tick properties to have an interval (say 0.5) and to tick even when paused
Place instance of actor in level
PIE
type "pause" on console
