Ribbon Type Data LOD Particles Do Not Change Initial Size

When creating an LOD for a particle system with a ribbon emitter. The ribbon emitter wont change its initial size in the higher level LOD.

1. Open attached project
2. PIE
3. Move away from the particle system until it changes to blue ribbons

RESULT
The CPU data particle changes size when going to a higher LOD but the Ribbon doesn't

EXPECTED
Both particle emitters change their initial size.
