Open the attached project in the Editor and start PIE.
It will switch rapidly between a map with a PCG graph that samples the landscape and an empty map.
When the landscape actors are torn down there is a chance that async pcg tasks are still running and will try to access an invalid ULandscapeInfo pointer or cause a race condition on access of ULandscapeInfo::XYtoComponentMap
