When using pakblacklist for shipping, the start up movie will become a checkerboard due to ../../../Engine/Content/Slate/Fonts being included in the blacklist file. This is happening on both Android and iOS packages.
1. Create a new project
2. Open Notepad
3. Add: ../../../Engine/Content/Slate/Fonts to the notepad document and save as PakBlacklist-Shipping.txt
4. Add to ProjectFolder/Build/Android folder
5. Go back into the editor and go to Edit > Project Settings > Android > Configure for APK Packaging
6. File > Package Project > Package Configuration > Shipping
7. Package for iOS or Android (I used ETC2)
