Localized Time Zones cause iOS Certs and Provisions to Appear Expired after Creating

Denmark (Other countries) Time causes Certs and Provisions to Appear Expired for anywhere between two and twenty four hours after creating.

They can temporarily set their computer's time ahead as a workaround until they become valid on their own but this is not ideal.

1. Set your computer to Denmark time
2. Download and install iOS Certs & Provisions
   RESULT: They will be expired
   TEST: Set computer to U.S. Time
   RESULT: iOS Certs & Provisions will now be valid
   EXPECTED: iOS Certs & Provsions to be valid upon download regardless of global location
