HTML5 projects, once packaged are not showing up properly in the browser window. They're about a quarter of the size they should be. This does not happen in launch on, only package.
This does not happen in 4.12.5 - 3039270
1. Create a new project in 4.13.1
2. Package for HTML5
3. Use the local host helper and launch locally.
Result: The HTML5 project screen is taking up only a quarter of the screeen
Expected result: The project should load taking up most of the window space for the browser
