Trying to package a project using the binary Engine with the Skookum Script enabled results in the package failing.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new code project in the binary Engine using the First Person template.
  2. Make sure the Skookum Script plugin is enabled.
  3. Package the project for either Win32 or Win64.

The package fails with the following error: LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'D:\Epic Games\4.13\Engine\Binaries\Win32\UE4-LaunchDaemonMessages.lib'

The package completes successfully.

Disable the Skookum Script plugin.
