When launching to an Android device that supports ES3.1 skeletal meshes seem to collapse in game.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Third Person Template project for mobile
  2. In project settings under the android section uncheck OpenGL ES2 and Check ES3.1
  3. Launch to an andriod device that supports ES3.1 (Ex: Nvidia Shield Tablet K1)

The character will collapse into a clump (probably related to the bones scale or location)

The character looks and functions normally
