Adding a HISM as a component within blueprints and referencing a Static Mesh with LODs, creates extra/additional and material elements.
1. Download and Open attached project.
2. Open the BP_HISM blueprint.
3. Click on the HISM component and add the StatueTest mesh to the Static Mesh slot.
Outcome Additional Material elements are created
Expected Same number of material elements that exist for the Static Mesh.
