Material Billboard components are only rendering in one eye with the 'Instanced Stereo' setting enabled in the Project Settings > Rendering menu.
If instanced stereo is disabled, it renders as expected.
1. Download and Open attached project.
2. Play in VR Preview mode.
3. View through Vive.
Outcome Material Billboard only renders in the left eye.
Expected Renders in both eyes.
