Description

Particle effects do not seem to be playing in transition maps.

Found in 4.13.1. Reproduced in 4.12.5 and 4.14 Preview 1.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor (First Person Project)
  2. Create 2 maps: Transition and Destination
  3. Place a particle effect in Transition that starts automatically
  4. Go to Edit->Project Settings->Maps and Modes and click the arrow to expand the Default Maps Category
  5. Set the Transition map to Transition
  6. In World.h, search for SeamlessTravelMidpointPause and make it BlueprintCallable
  7. In the First Person Character, on a key press, execute the console command 'ServerTravel Destination'
  8. After executing the command, add a delay of 0 seconds and a SeamlessTravelMidpointPause call.
  9. PIE
  10. Press your key to start the server travel

Result: When the game pauses in the transition map, notice that the particle effect is not playing.

Expected: the particle effect would play in the map as it does when you load directly into it.
