Description

Uniform Scale has no effect on .fbx's imported with "Transform Vertex to Absolute" unchecked.

NOTE: This was tested with assets from both 3DS Max and Blender.

Regression (no) issue (does) occur in 4.12.5

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download and unzip attached zip file
  2. Open editor (any project)
  3. Press Import
  4. Select either .fbx
  5. Uncheck "Transform Vertex to Absolute"
  6. Press Import
  7. Place asset in level
  8. Press Import
  9. Select the other downloaded fbx
  10. Set Uniform Scale to 10 (ensure Transform Vertex to Absolute remains unchecked)
  11. Press Import
  12. Place in level

Results

Both meshes are the same size

Expected

Second mesh is larger than the first
