Underscores do not appear in Category names

Underscores do not appear in Category names within blueprints.

Regression (no) issue (does) occur in 4.12.5

1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Create new blueprint (any)
3. Create new variable
4. In Details Pane, Set Category to "_Basic"
5. Press Enter

Results

Variable is added to category "Basic"

Expected

Variable is added to category "_Basic"
