Move component to (Rotation) appears to take the shortest path by default

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Third person template
  2. Open level blueprint
  3. Create the blueprint in the attached project (make sure to set the yaw (Z) to 360)
  4. Play in Editor
  5. Notice that the CubeMesh does not rotate

Expected: The CubeMesh would rotate 360 degrees when the "Force Shortest Rotation Path" is set to false
Result: The Cube does not appear to rotate because it is taking the shortest path
