Description

When you move an asset that has been freshly created and not yet saved, it will leave behind information that will get saved by Save All. This saved data isn't visible in the editor but is present in the Windows Explorer. This can cause confusion with using Source Control.

Regression?: No
This also occurs in 4.13.2

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project
  2. Add a new folder to the project's content directory inside of the editor
  3. In the base Content folder, add a new blueprint based off of Actor
  4. Without saving the asset, click and drag it into the folder created in step 2 and select "Move here"
  5. Check the new folder to ensure that the asset was moved
  6. Select "Save All" from the File menu
  7. Check the Content folder in Windows Explorer
Result: The newly created blueprint has also been saved in the original location as well as the new one and does not show in the editor
Expected: Only one instance of the asset should be saved and it should be in the new directory
