Description

HDR setting in the Pixel Inspector does not update with the color you hover over. The color bar should update similar to Final Color settings and value of Luminance setting should update as well.

This is a Regression from 4.14.2

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame
  2. Open TM-ShaderModels level (Maps > Rendering)
  3. Wait for shaders to compile and travel to Example 6 Animated Emissive Helmet
  4. Open the Pixel Inspector (Window > Developer Tools)
  5. Start Pixel Inspector (Click the magnifying glass)
  6. If the settings are not expanded, expand Final Color and HDR
  7. Hover over Example 6 Animated Emissive Helmet

Result: The Final Color settings update with the color that the cursor is hovering over, but the HDR Luminance and Hdr Color does not update

Expected Result: The HDR settings update with the color that the cursor hovers over
