When disabling "Should be Visible" of a stream level and then enabling it again, the values of variables in a Blueprint that has been placed in a stream level maintain their value in PIE but reset the values in Standalone.
It is unclear which one of these is intended functionality, but there is an inconsistency.
Result: In Standalone, the variable is reset to 0 when the level is made visible again
Expected: The variable would retain its value
