Editor preferences do not save for data pin style

Editor preferences do not save for data pin style. The values are reset every time the editor is restarted

1. Open editor
2. Open editor preferences
3. Navigate to Content Editors > Graph Editors > General Style > Data pin Style
4. Make the changes in the attached image
5. Click save as Default
6. Close the editor
7. Reopen project
8. Navigate to Content Editors > Graph Editors > General Style > Data pin Style
9. Notice that the setting have been changed back to the original defaults

Expected: The values would remain as the new default that was set
Result: The values are reset every time the editor is restarted
