SunTemple fails to open on some Android devices.

Description

This is occurring on device 2888_KindleFireHD8.9"

This is a regression from 4.14

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Package SunTemple for Android_ETC1
  2. Deploy to the Kindle Fire HD 8.9"
  3. Tap on the app icon

Result: App stays on the UE4 loading screen for ~ 1 minute before closing
