Server are not visible to clients in ShooterGame when the LAN is set to off. This occurs on all native platforms when trying to connect to each other when the LAN is off.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. On two Windows machines, open Shootergame with -Game.
  2. On one machine, select Host and set the LAN to OFF and start the match.
  3. On the second machine. select Join and set the LAN to OFF and select Server.

Result: Servers will not be visible for the client.
