Unable to use AppleTV Remote to move character on tvOS

Description

I can still control the character normally with a Bluetooth connected gamepad.

This is a regression from 4.14.3

Could possibly be related to https://jira.it.epicgames.net/browse/UE-40740

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a SideScroller Project
  2. Package for tvOS
  3. Deploy to device
  4. Launch application on device and attempt to move with the AppleTV Remote

Result: User is unable to jump or move normally
